Term and condition
- Any cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival can be changed to a gift voucher in an full amount of the deposit or can change the arrival date only for one time.
- Any cancellation received within 10 days and less than 30 days prior to arrival can change the arrival date for one time.
- Any cancellation received less than 10 days and no show, no refund will be given.
- Service charge may occurred by Paypal, please read the condition carefully.
นโยบายการจองห้องพัก
- หากมีเหตุขัดข้องไม่สามารถเข้าพักได้ และ แจ้งยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลง ก่อนวัน เข้าพักมากกว่า 30 วัน สามารถรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนหรือสามารถ เลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้
- หากแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักมากกว่า 10 วันแต่น้อยกว่า 30 วันสามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ 1 ครั้งทางรีสอร์ทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงิน
- หากแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงน้อยกว่า 10 วัน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงิน หรือเลื่อนวันเข้าพักทุกกรณี
- อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมจากค่าบริการผ่านการชำระเงินผ่าน Paypal โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมจาก Paypal
